Brumley under influence on Crawfish

Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on 02/12/2025, Deputy Patrick Smith responded to a call into the Clay County Sheriff's Office of a male subject possibly intoxicated on Crawfish Road in Manchester. 
Upon arrival, Deputy Smith contacted Robert Brumley, who seemed manifestly under the influence. Officer Antonio Dodson from the Manchester City Police also performed a standard field sobriety test on Brumley, who had admitted to taking suboxone. Brumley lacked smooth pursuit and was unsteady on his feet; he was a danger to himself and/or others.

Robert Brumley, 40, was arrested for:
