LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Heavy rain moving through the Louisville area has led to the cancellation of Friday night’s L&N Federal Credit Union Great Balloon Glow.
Organizers said the event, including the Candlestick Glow, will not be held as scheduled.
Despite the cancellation, weather conditions are expected to improve in time for Saturday morning’s L&N Federal Credit Union Great Balloon Race.
The Great Balloon Race is still planned to launch from Bowman Field on Saturday at 7 a.m.
