LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Sadiqa Reynolds has been removed as a University of Louisville trustee after the Kentucky Senate declined to confirm her appointment.
Reynolds, a UofL alumna and former CEO of the Louisville Urban League, was appointed by Gov. Andy Beshear in April 2025.
The university released a statement Friday morning saying, “We are thankful for her service to the university and grateful for her contributions as a member of the Board of Trustees.”
