A Louisville man has died following a collision in Meade County, according to Kentucky State Police.

The crash occurred around 9:50 a.m. on March 21 on US-31 West in Muldraugh, spokesperson Bryan Washer said. A preliminary investigation found that a man was driving a Ford Escape northbound when the vehicle struck the end of a guardrail, causing it to overturn.

“The vehicle came to rest on the driver’s side on the outside shoulder of the roadway,” Washer said. No other vehicles were involved.

Authorities identified the driver as 34-year-old Dennis Perry, who was pronounced dead at the scene by the Meade County Coroner.

KSP is continuing to investigate the crash.
