LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — Motorists should expect delays on I-65 South in downtown Louisville Wednesday evening due to lane closures.
The left two lanes at mile marker 135.6, known locally as Hospital Curve, are closed until approximately 8 p.m. on Dec. 17.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) said the closures are needed for bridge deck patching. Weather conditions and the urgency of the repairs require extended lane closures.
Drivers are advised to use caution, follow posted signage, and consider alternate routes if possible.
