There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in the most recent drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery, pushing the projected jackpot for Saturday’s drawing to $440 million.
A ticket with five numbers but no Powerball number was sold in Texas and is worth $1 million, according to the Multi-State Lottery Association, which conducts the game.
The numbers drawn on Wednesday were 4, 6, 23, 33, 44, and the Powerball number was 13. The anticipated jackpot amount was $411 million.
Powerball is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and the United Kingdom.
