A man was apprehended at a local park for prostitution and indecent exposure Tuesday evening.
According to the Richmond Police Department, police were dispatched on Tuesday to investigate an incident in Glen Miller Park. Officers came and, through the investigation, identified Paul Wilburn as the primary suspect.
RPD then arrested Wilburn on preliminary accusations of misdemeanour prostitution and indecent exposure. At this time, no additional information about the circumstances leading up to the arrest is available.
