NYSP: Mother Apprehended And 2 missing Allegany County children Located in Georgia

Two children from Allegany County who were allegedly taken by their non-custodial parent were located living in a shed in Georgia by U.S. Marshals, New York State Police said Wednesday.

U.S. Marshals found Nicole A. Koschuk, 42, and her two children, Amara Koschuk, 6, and Lincoln Koschuk, 4, in Trenton, Georgia. Nicole Koschuk was arrested on a charge of first-degree custodial interference, turned over to the Dade County Sheriff’s Office, and is now awaiting extradition to New York.

Officials claimed the youngsters were located in good health and were given over to the Dade County Department of Family and youngsters’s Services until they could be returned to their lawful guardians. The case is being investigated.
