A woman is dead and a 9-year-old girl is recovering after a shooting at a Pennsylvania condominium complex Friday morning, according to authorities.
Police rushed at the Summit House Condominiums in East Goshen Township shortly before 11 a.m. after receiving a 911 call about the incident.
When cops arrived, they discovered a woman in her forties suffering from what seemed to be a gunshot wound. Authorities reported that she was pronounced deceased at the spot.
A 9-year-old girl was also hit by gunshots during the incident. She was sent to a neighboring hospital for treatment.
Authorities stated that the girl was conscious and able to converse with officers following the incident. Her present condition was not immediately reported.
