Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who collided with two teens on motorized bikes in North Long Beach.
According to Long Beach police, the incident occurred around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday at the junction of East Market Street and Elm Avenue.
According to LBPD police spokesperson Eric Stachura, the driver fled the scene after colliding with two teenagers, ages 16 and 17, riding an e-moto dirt bike and a gas-powered dirt bike.
Stachura stated that the 16-year-old victim was critically injured but expected to live. The 17-year-old victim sustained moderate injuries.
No description of the car was immediately provided.
