A Lancaster County man has been found guilty of threatening his neighbors and trying to set them on fire.
The district attorney’s office said Stanley Walden, 41, used a lighter to ignite and aerosol can and aimed it at one of the victims, creating a three-foot flame.
If the victim had not moved out of the way, they would have been burned.
Prior to this, he had backed the victims into a corner, yelling at them with a huge stick.
While being transported from the property, he broke the victims’ vehicle windows.
On June 29, he was found guilty of making terroristic threats, simple assault, and criminal mischief, among other charges.
He was sentenced to 23 months in prison and seven years probation, and he is prohibited from contacting the victims.
