A local school teacher is facing charges.
Chad Moniaci was taken into custody at Weisenborn Junior High School on April 24.
Huber Heights police aided with the arrest, but Moniaci was brought into custody by Brookville police.
He is charged with ten counts of telephone harassment, according to court documents.
A spokeswoman for Huber Heights City Schools stated that Moniaci is still employed by the district, and no action has been taken against him.
Moniaci posted a bond on April 28.
