A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer has been arrested on multiple domestic violence accusations and is currently suspended without pay as the department investigates.
On June 19, LVMPD Officer Jeremiah Jordan was arrested and booked into Clark County Detention Center.
He is charged with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, three charges of coercion with the threat or use of physical force, and one act of domestic battery.
Jordan has been with the LVMPD since 2023 and is assigned to the Community Safety Division, Enterprise Area Command.
According to LVMPD, Jordan’s police powers will be suspended without pay pending further inquiry.
