One person is dead and another is in the hospital right now after authorities say there was a shooting at a house late Saturday night in Henderson County.
The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports that this occurred at midnight at a home in the 13000 block of Ranch Road in Waverly.
We now know that a 35-year-old male from Henderson County was shot and murdered. Another individual, a 40-year-old male from Henderson County, was shot and seriously injured. That man was sent to a hospital in Evansville. There is no information yet on his condition.
Authorities said two people arrived at the house and had a disagreement. Following the shooting, the two suspects fled and were hiding. The culprits have since been apprehended and are presently in custody.
Authorities claim they have identified the culprits, but they have not revealed their names.
