A woman is missing in South Carolina, and a search is underway.
The Lexington Police Department reported Elena Katherine Moore missing on June 12. The 39-year-old has been missing for several days, according to a sheriff’s department news release that was redistributed on Saturday night.
Moore was last seen on June 11 at 5609 Sunset Boulevard, according to a release. That’s near the intersection with North Lake Drive in a Lexington neighbourhood thickly populated with strip malls that house retail shops and restaurants.
There was no news on when Moore was last seen or whether she was alone. Moore’s disappearance has not been linked to any foul activity, according to police.
Moore was described by police as a 5-foot-7 lady weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
