A man from Baltimore, Maryland has been sentenced to years in federal prison for trafficking and selling cocaine in Berkeley County, West Virginia.
Terrell Antonio Henderson, 35, was sentenced to 41 months, or about 3.5 years, in federal prison. Henderson collaborated with others to smuggle cocaine from Baltimore, Maryland to the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.
Officers saw a possible drug transaction near Henderson’s vehicle at a parking lot in Spring Mills, West Virginia, while investigating the defendant. A lawful search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of $1200, which was used to acquire the narcotics, cocaine, and related items.
Lara Omps-Botteicher, an assistant United States attorney, prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
