A Germantown man is one of five men arrested by the Howard County Police Department following a multi-day undercover child exploitation investigation targeted at identifying individuals who want to sexually exploit children.

Police claimed each individual spoke with undercover investigators via various online platforms before agreeing to meet fictional juveniles at an undisclosed location in Columbia for sexual activities.
