KENTUCKY — Police have issued an Operation Return Home alert for a missing 36-year-old man, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Christopher Phillips was last seen Thursday after leaving his home in the 5500 block of La Fleur Way, and authorities say no one has heard from him since.
Police said Phillips was wearing a T-shirt, gray sweatpants, and black Timberland boots at the time. He was last spotted near South Park and Blue Lick Road.
Officials added that his family believes he may be in crisis and is concerned for his safety.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact Louisville Metro Police at 502-574-LMPD (5673).
