MULDRAUGH, Ky. — A Louisville man died following a crash in Meade County over the weekend.

The crash occurred Saturday, March 21, just before 10 a.m. on US-31 West in Muldraugh.

In an update Monday, Kentucky State Police (KSP) said 34-year-old Dennis Perry was driving north on the highway when his car left the roadway and struck a guardrail.

KSP said the impact caused the vehicle to overturn, landing on its driver’s side along the shoulder of the highway.

Perry was pronounced dead at the scene.

KSP said the investigation into the fatal crash remains ongoing.
