LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police discovered more than 100 THC vape pens and several 3D-printed firearms during a search on March 6, leading to the arrest of four people.

Police charged 18-year-old Jose Viveros-Hernandez and 18-year-old Ahmad Mohram with trafficking in marijuana and tampering with physical evidence. Two additional people arrested were juveniles, according to authorities.

Arrest citations show the suspects were taken into custody in Shively.

In a social media post, LMPD said the Second Division Impact Unit searched a residence as part of an ongoing investigation and found:

16 machine gun conversion devices, also known as Glock switches
Four firearms
120 THC vape pens
Three 3D printers and three related computers
Additional firearm and drug-trafficking paraphernalia

Law enforcement officials said three of the firearms were 3D printed and did not have serial numbers.

According to the post, the operation involved LMPD SWAT, the bomb squad, CID K9, detectives from the Shively Investigation Unit, Shively patrol officers, and LMPD patrol officers.
