Kristen Mohr, 31, died in a rollover crash on the Gene Snyder Freeway in Louisville, Kentucky.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 31-year-old woman died Saturday after she was ejected from her vehicle during a rollover crash on the Gene Snyder Freeway.

Louisville Metro Police Department responded around 6:15 p.m. to Interstate 265, the Gene Snyder Freeway, between Dixie Highway and Stonestreet Road following reports of a crash, spokesperson Aaron Ellis said.

Police said Kristen Mohr was driving on the Gene Snyder from Dixie Highway when, for unknown reasons, she left the roadway and entered the center median.

The vehicle rolled over, and Mohr, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected. Officers pronounced her dead at the scene.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

LMPD’s Traffic Unit is investigating. Authorities closed the roadway for several hours following the incident.
