Two Louisville restaurants inspected between Feb. 9-15 received a “C” grade along with critical violations.
Each Jefferson County restaurant is graded on a 100-point scale. Establishments that score 85 or higher without any critical violations earn an “A.” Any score of 84 or below — or any inspection that includes one or more critical violations, regardless of the numerical score — results in a “C.”
According to Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness, inspectors assign a “B” when a facility shows ongoing compliance problems, such as two consecutive failed inspections or a closure tied to an imminent health hazard.
Restaurants that receive a “C” and fail must undergo a follow-up inspection by the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness within seven to 10 days.
Below is restaurant inspection data for Jefferson County from Feb. 9-15, listed by score and inspection date.
