On Friday, the 11 participating meteorologists submitted their official snowfall predictions for Lexington and Louisville, which were read on air at the end of Friday’s KSR show. What is KSR’s Meteorologist Madness?

The first-of-its-kind competition pits local meteorologists against one another in a pick’em-style snowfall contest. Instead of broad forecasts for their usual audiences, 11 meteorologists agreed to submit precise snow-total predictions for Lexington and Louisville. The winner will receive a $10,000 donation to the charity of their choice.
The competition is all in good fun and supports a great cause, and the organizers thanked all of the meteorologists who took part in the unique head-to-head challenge.
