Missing 13-Year-Old From Kentucky Found in Maryland

A 13-year-old girl from Kentucky, missing since October, was found Friday in Silver Spring, Maryland, after a tip led authorities to a residence.

Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) reported that Wynter Wagoner of Rockcastle County, KY, was last seen on October 14, 2025. She was located in a home on the 12000 block of Dalewood Drive.

The MCPD, working with the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested 37-year-old Christian Alexander Delgado at the residence. Officers were dispatched around 5:52 p.m. Friday, December 26, after receiving the tip. Wagoner was inside the home with Delgado when authorities arrived.

Delgado was taken into custody without incident, and Wagoner was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

The Rockcastle County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Delgado with kidnapping. He is currently being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
