One Dead After Shooting Outside Louisville Nightclub

KENTUCKY — A man was killed in a shooting outside a Louisville nightclub late Saturday night, according to Louisville Metro Police.

Officers responded to Club Cedar around 11:45 p.m. after reports of gunfire. When they arrived, they found a man in his 40s in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to the head.

The victim was rushed to UofL Hospital in critical condition but later died Sunday morning.

Following the incident, Louisville Metro Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) issued an emergency suspension order for Club Cedar.
