KENTUCKY — A rapper was arrested Sunday after allegedly dancing and filming a video on a concrete barrier in the middle of Interstate 75.
According to court documents, officers responded around 6 p.m. to reports of several people running across the highway. When they arrived, they found 27-year-old Enoch Tolbert, known by his stage name Armani White, crossing traffic lanes and causing vehicles to slow down.
Police said Tolbert then climbed onto the concrete median and began dancing. He told officers that he and his group had pulled over on I-75 to record a video.
Tolbert was taken into custody and transported to the Laurel County Detention Center but has since been released. He faces misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and stopping, standing, or parking on a limited-access highway.
His arraignment, originally set for Monday, was postponed, and a pretrial conference is scheduled for later this month.
