$20,000 reward offered for Texas woman missing after Louisiana crash

Nearly two weeks after a Texas woman went missing following a crash in Iberville Parish, her father is pleading for national attention to help return her home.

Christian Munn-Holliday, 22, is missing since September 30. She was involved in a crash on I-10 eastbound near milepost 128, near the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge.

Munn-Holliday’s father urged CNN on Facebook to share his daughter’s tale. He hopes to contact anyone who may have information concerning her disappearance. “I am writing as a desperate father to ask for your assistance in locating my missing daughter,” he stated.

According to Louisiana State Police, Munn-Holliday was driving one of the cars involved in the incident. She then fled the scene on foot and has not been found.

According to her father’s tweet, Munn-Holliday checked on those affected in the incident before strolling along the bridge until no one could see her. “Our family is doing everything we can to find her,” he explained. “We believe increased media exposure could reach someone who knows something, saw something, or may have information that could help bring her home safely.”

The United Cajun Navy has been assisting with the search at the family’s request. Volunteers have searched regions surrounding the crash scene using boats, drones, and ground workers, with help from Louisiana State Police and the Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The family of Munn-Holliday is seeking answers and hopes that increased attention may lead to her location. “She is someone’s daughter, and our family simply wants her home,” he stated.

A $20,000 cash reward is being offered for information that leads to Munn-Holliday’s safe return, according to the reward flier. Anyone with information is requested to call Crime Stoppers at 225-344-7867. Tips can be anonymous.

The search for Munn-Holliday is ongoing.
