Donni-V “Chip” Smith

Donni-V “Chip” Smith, 56, of Manchester, Ky, passed away Thursday, March 26th at the Saint Joseph Hospital in London, Ky.

Chip was born in Indianapolis, IN, on October 7th, 1968, the son of Elmer and Patrica Henson Smith.

Chip is survived by his parents, Elmer and Patricia Henson Smith of Manchester, Ky; by his siblings: Elmer Smith, Jr. “Bubby” and wife Kathy, Tommy Smith “RO”, David Smith and wife Chasity, Justin Smith, and Gabriel Collett all of Manchester.

He’s also survived by his nieces and nephews, Levi, Joe, Jeremiah, Ashley, Tommie Sue, and several great nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a host of aunts and uncles.

Services for Chip will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1st at Whites Branch Holiness Church on Whites Branch, with Tommie J. Phillips and Paul Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.

Visitation for Chip will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 30th and Monday, March 31st at the Whites Branch Holiness Church.
