Baltimore County police are investigating a homicide in Catonsville after a female victim was discovered dead on Thursday afternoon, officials confirmed.
On May 14, about 2:52 p.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the unit block of Hillside Road.
Officers arrived on the scene and discovered the woman dead inside the home from a gunshot wound, according to authorities.
Police stated that, while the investigation is ongoing, officers think there is no current threat to the community.
