LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky State Police told WKYT they are investigating an “incident” at a residence on Marrs Avenue in Lawrenceburg.
Troopers declined to provide additional details about what led to the investigation at the home.
WKYT crews at the scene observed Kentucky State Police, Lawrenceburg Police and the Anderson County Coroner present. Officers were seen conducting an investigation inside the residence.
The Coroner’s Office confirmed to WKYT’s Jackson Plank that a person has died but did not release the individual’s name, age, gender, cause of death or whether foul play is suspected.
As of 8:45 p.m. Sunday, a significant police presence remained in the area.
