ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. — Christian Delgado, 37, the man accused of kidnapping 13-year-old Wynter Wagoner, is now in custody in Kentucky.
Delgado was returned from Maryland, where he was arrested and where Wynter was safely recovered after being missing from a foster home in Rockcastle County since October.
He was booked into the Rockcastle County Detention Center late Thursday night and is currently held on a $1 million bond. A court hearing date has not yet been scheduled.
