Four Louisville restaurants inspected between Oct. 20–26 earned a “C” grade from the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness after inspectors found critical violations.

Restaurants in Jefferson County are graded on a 100-point scale. A score of 85 or higher with no critical violations earns an “A.” A “C” is issued for scores below 85 or for any critical violation, while a “B” indicates ongoing compliance issues such as consecutive failures or closures due to imminent health hazards.

Facilities that receive a “C” are re-inspected within seven to ten days.
