Man arrested in Kentucky drug bust

KENTUCKY — Glasgow Police arrested a man Sunday after finding drugs and paraphernalia in a local parking lot.

Officers responded to the Save-A-Lot parking lot on Sept. 21 for a report of a suspicious person. They found James E. Birge in possession of a glass pipe and methamphetamine.

Birge was taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense. He remains in the Barren County Detention Center.
