UPDATE: Victim identified. Body found in water at Horse Creek

8:40 p.m. Clay County Coroner Jason Abner has released the name of the man found in floodwaters at Horse Creek on Ky. 80 this afternoon.
According to Abner, Clay County 911 Dispatch contacted the Clay County Corner office at 5:25 p.m. on Saturday.v The coroner office responded on Highway 80 to 73-year-old Donald Keith Nicholson of Manchester. 
Apparently, he was driving through floodwaters and was unable to cross, so he exited the vehicle and was swept away by heavy currents several hundred feet from his truck and The Clay County Corner office announced him deceased at 7:30 p.m.

6:07 p.m. UPDATE: The individual is confirmed dead.  The person has not been identified.  We will have more information as this develops.
5:37 p.m. -- Emergency personnel are en route to a report of a body seen floating in the water near Sibert's Grocery.  
CPR was being performed at last report.  This is a developing story.
