Gibbs charged with drug possession

Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on 02/04/2025 Deputy Dakota Taylor responded to a call in reference to a male subject acting irate and suspicious behind the Beech Creek apartments. Upon arrival Deputy Taylor made contact with a male subject, Roy Gibbs. Deputies searched Gibbs and obtained a small clear baggy of what appeared to be Methamphetamine.

Roy Gibbs, 49, was arrested for:
