Beulah Turner House

January 24, 2025

Beulah Turner House passed away peacefully at home on January 22, 2024 at the age of 97. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family. She was born on June 8, 1927 in Fogertown, KY and resided just a couple of miles away from her childhood home for her entire adult life.

Beulah was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a great love for the outdoors and always enjoyed caring for animals on the farm. She was an avid gardener and a phenomenal cook. Beulah’s love for nurturing things was evident in her beautiful garden, which she was blessed to tend until the age of 96. She was always ready to share gardening advice, plants, and seeds to anyone that stopped by to visit.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Faye Sexton, granddaughter, Sonya Begley and husband John Begley, II, and by her two great-grandchildren, John Philip Begley, III, Sofia Britton Begley, and by her nephew David Cupp and wife Linda, all who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

Beulah Turner House was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Britton House, Jr., three infant children, her parents, Roy and Ada Turner, and her siblings, J.D. Turner, Eulene Turner Cupp Horning, and Faye Turner Shafer.
