Collins speaks at EKU graduation

Rachel Lee Collins, a 2022 graduate of Clay County High School, was recently the commencement speaker at graduation ceremonies for Eastern Kentucky University.

Collins graduates after two years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in history.

She is the daughter of Shannon Collins.  Congratulations Rachel!
