Uninvited Guest?

Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on 11/23/2024 Deputy Dustin Henson arrest William Sizemore. 

Deputy Henson responded to a call through Clay County Dispatch of an individual who was suicidal and sleeping inside the residence on the couch and was refusing to leave. 

Upon arrival Deputy Henson made contact with the caller, the owner of the residence, and she stated that around 8am that morning she had walked into her home and layed down in her bed. She stated that when she woke up she found Sizemore lying down on her couch. The home owner also stated that Sizemore was stating he was suicidal. 

On arrival deputies made contact with Sizemore and he was talking out of his head and very belligerent cursing at the home owner. 

Sizemore was medically cleared on scene and was placed under arrest without incident.

William Sizemore was arrested for:

-DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE 

-CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE

-FAILURE TO APPEAR
