Lois Foutch

Lois Foutch (91) of Russell, KY, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024. She was born in Oneida, KY on June 5, 1933, daughter of the late Elmer and Lillian Davidson Barger.
Lois was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, a member of Main Street Baptist Church, and an elementary teacher for over 30 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Dr. William Curtis Foutch, brother Ray Barger and sister Louise Bowling. Survivors include her sons David (Ann) Foutch and Daniel (Melissa) Foutch, sisters Josephine Davidson and Patricia Barger, 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11:30-1:30 on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the First 12 Mile Baptist Church in California, KY, under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home. Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:30pm also at the church. Lois's final resting place will be in the Alexandria Cemetery.
