KENTUCKY — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to locate Jonathan Ploof, a 50-year-old man who has been missing since early August.
Authorities said Ploof was last seen on August 3 near the Burger King and Walmart in Morehead. According to investigators, he had been camping in the Daniel Boone National Forest around that time.
Officials noted that Ploof does not have a vehicle and is known to walk along local highways.
Anyone with information about his location or who may have seen him is urged to contact the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
