AUBURN, Ky. (FOX 56) — A 25-year-old man was arrested Saturday following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.
Kentucky State Police reported that around 12 p.m. on October 4, Zachary Anthony Stogner was taken into custody on charges related to child sexual abuse material.
The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began investigating after discovering that Stogner was allegedly procuring children online. He was interviewed in Auburn, and law enforcement seized the equipment reportedly used to facilitate the crime.
Stogner is charged with one count of procuring a minor by electronic means and is currently lodged in the Logan County Detention Center.
