A mother and daughter duo from Grovetown have been arrested for alleged abuse.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office reported that Carmel and Carol Finch were caught on video beating a severely autistic 15-year-old girl in the face and head.
According to authorities, the video shows the victim being forced to ingest an animal-specific substance.
Both Finches are charged with Felony Cruelty to Children and are being held in the Columbia County Jail on a $25,100 bond each.
