Human remains discovered in August have been positively identified as 36-year-old Robert Drabeck, who had been missing since 2020.
The inquiry began in February 2020, when Marana Police were looking for Drabeck and discovered evidence of a violent incident inside a mobile home in the 6800 block of North Camino Martin.
On August 4, 2026, detectives executed a search warrant on a property in the 2700 block of North Dodge Boulevard, where human remains were discovered buried in the backyard.
According to police, the remains belong to Drabeck, and physical evidence indicates that he was shot.
The probe is still active and ongoing. There have been no arrests made.
