FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ky. (WOWK) – A Kentucky man has been indicted for retaliation related to the legal process.
According to the Floyd County Grand Jury, Jonathan Howell faces one count of retaliating against a participant in the legal process, along with being charged as a persistent felony offender.
