NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) — Don’t pack away the heavy jackets just yet.
After a warm weekend across Middle Tennessee and southern Kentucky, a blast of Arctic air is expected to arrive early next week.
A cold front will move in Sunday night, bringing rain and storms, and it could even produce a few snowflakes Monday morning.
Temperatures Monday afternoon will remain in the 30s and low 40s. By Monday night, temperatures are expected to drop into the 20s.
Tuesday will stay chilly with highs in the 40s before temperatures warm up again later next week.
